How often should I have my windows cleaned in Lake Country?

We are based in Lake Country and prefer to work locally. Staying local allows us to pass the savings on to local residents. We would rather be cleaning your windows than driving long distances. For this reason, you'll notice competitive, transparent pricing on our individual pages for Oyama, Carrs Landing Rd, Lakestone, Predator Ridge and Mckinley Beach. These are all within 20 minutes of our home base. 

 

What’s included in the price?

All window packages include professional pure-water exterior cleaning, detailing of window frames and sills, and a full rinse for a streak-free finish. Interior windows are washed by hand using an applicator and squeegee. Quotes are always customized to your home’s layout and glass count—no surprises.

 

Is your pure-water cleaning safe for my home and landscaping?

Absolutely. Our deionized pure-water system uses no detergents or harsh chemicals. It’s completely safe for glass, metal, paint, plants, and decks, while providing a flawless, spot-free result.

 

I live on a hill, do you clean high or hard-to-reach windows? 

Yes. Most Lake Country homes are on steep hills and used to be very challenging with ladders. Our carbon-fiber water-fed poles allow us to clean upper windows safely from the ground, avoiding ladders and ensuring a gentle touch on your home’s exterior.

 

Do you work year-round in Lake Country?

We clean windows and railings from early spring through late fall, and offer home-watch and maintenance services during the winter months. Lakeview homes benefit from consistent care throughout the year.
